First of its kind racing in Florida!

Coming January 6-7 2018 at Wildwood Recreation Park!!!!!

  • Gates open to spectators at 9 AM and close at 5 PM (unless camping).
  • Gates open at 9 AM and close after awards ceremony.
  • Gates open at 3 PM on Friday for racers and team members.

 

  • Event registration is $50 per team. NO REFUNDS
  • Late Vehicle registration will only be accepted until 8 PM Friday.
  • Camping available for race teams and spectators.

CASH Payout for Winner of Each Class!

STOCK CLASS - 35 inch tall tire or lower as measured.

MODIFIED CLASS - 35.1 inch to 38 inch tall tire as measured.

UNLIMITED CLASS - 38.1 inch and up tall tires as measured.

Tires measured horizontally at the center of the hub.

This event will be a timed/laps race. The time accrual of all predetermined laps will be used to set final finish positions and winner of each class. Time will start once any part of a team crosses the start line. Time will stop when any two tires of the same axle crosses the finish line on the final lap.

Entire pit area open to public.

Up close and personnal course viewing areas.

EVENT PRACTICE - January 6, 2018

The King of the Park is now going to offer a practice day for registered race teams only.
Not registered yet? Come to Wildwood Recreational Park and get registered so your team can take a practice run!! Registration will be open all day.

Wildwood Recreational Park gates will open at 9 AM and each class will have time to inspect, run the course or discuss strategies. All safety gear must be on hand and ready if a team decides to run the course.

 

 

 

 

Race team Park entry for practice runs will be FREE for registered teams only!. Teams MUST be registered for The King of The Park event in order to be on course during Practice Day!!

The King of the Park officials decided to provide a practice day to allow teams to get familiar with the course and terrain for race day. The course runs in excess of 1.5 miles.
If any team does NOT come to the practice day there will be no other opportunity for that team to visually inspect the course!!

  • Entry is good for wathing MX and offroad race
  • Entry per day.
  • No spectator vehicles on course.
  • Parking is provided.
Camping

$10.00

Per Tent
  • Tent camping only.
  • Camping is Not included for registered teams.
  • Bathrooms available.
  • NO pets allowed.

RACE SPONSORS

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Volunteers may be doing any of the following : judging, assisting judges, crowd control, selling swag or anything related to the race event.

Camping and admission to The King Of The Park are provided to all volunteers.

All applications will be reviewed by event staff and applicants will be contacted by email within 2 business days.
